Building locally

1. Install `Sphinx <http://www.sphinx-doc.org/en/stable/>`_.
2. Install ``sphinx_rtd_theme`` with ``pip install sphinx_rtd_theme``
3. Run ``make html``
4. Open ``build/html/index.html`` in your browser.
