scrolling in safari is jumpy #12

If there are more items than fit on the screen, when scrolling the window is quite jumpy. This is most visible by looking at the orange coloured sidebar which "jumps" slightly to the right when scrolling up/down. This has been confirmed on the Machines page and also on the firewall page.

On the firewall page however, due to the fact that the entire list is inside some container (div), the "jumpiness' is only visible when either at the top or bottom of the list and trying to "over scroll" which may be something specific to safari.

This has not been reproduced in Edge, has not been tested on Chrome.
