When logging in we are directly presented with the list of machines. This issue proposes we add a dashboard which would show initially (mvp) the following details:

running/stopped machines
number and size of volumes
quick start guides (this needs to be fleshed out but ideally it would include quick start documentation, links to our blog articles about spearhead.cloud, etc.)

the dashboard needs to be expandable as we plan on adding future features such as capacity planning, estimates/predictions, etc.
