• We aim to keep our code follow the KISS principle
• If you need help ask (pairing should be encouraged)
• When we embark on implementing a more complex feature, we discuss our approach with the rest of the engineering team before writing any code
• When design of a feature is completed, we review it with the whole of the team - especially with engineers
• When the technical implementation of a feature is complete, we review it with the whole of the team - especially with UI/UX
• We aim to establish clear milestones in collaboration with the whole of the team, on a regular basis
• We aim to write documentation to share knowledge of implementations among team members
• We are flexible with our roles: engineers contribute to design decisions and designers contribute to technical implementations
• We aim to organise meetings in a manner that allows for breaks/preparation time in between
• When we have a workshop/meeting, we aim to give around a day's notice at least
• We do not work overtime/when we are on holiday
